Q: What time should I have my container out for pick up?
A: We always ask that you have the container out the night before to insure that it will never be missed, in most areas we ask that it be out no later than 5:00 a.m.

Q: What is your holiday schedule?
A: The only holidays we do not service are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Q: What if my garbage can is damaged, stolen or broken:
A: If your container is damaged, stolen or broken please call the office so we can schedule a fix or replacement.
Q: What if my pick-up was missed?
A: If your pick-up was missed please call the office right away, and we will reschedule as soon as posible. |
